Delivery Charges

Any orders over £20.00 with in the UK are free delivery using royal mail first class recorded.

Order in the UK under £20.00 will be charged at £1.95 Royal Mail first class recorded.

Europe - We will post to any European country for £6.00 Royal Mail Air Sure.

Rest of the World - We will post to any Country outside of Europe for £10.00 Royal Mail Air Sure.

Delivery Times

We try our best to post your item next working day, if for any reason we are unable to do this we will contact you via email notifing you of the earliest possible delivery date we can offer.

Engraved products may take an extra day for delivery

Returns Form

We have a 30-day no questions asked Return Policy. Customer is responsible for returning the product to us. If your return is due to our error we will refund shipping costs charged by us as well.

Cash refunds will be made in the same form as your original payment.

We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after invoice date or items that are not in their original packaging.

You will be notified via e-mail after we have received and processed your return. You should expect a notification within 7 - 10 business days.

 Please do not return in standard envelope; please return in padded envelope or box. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns not packaged properly.

Returns that have been engraved we will not be able to accept engraved returns unless there is an error on the engraved item on our behalf, if you do wish to return an engraved product then please contact us to see if we can offer you any help.
